Experiência fantástica: My husband and I worked with Charlotte at ARW to plan our destination wedding in Sintra, Portugal. In our initial meeting, she asked first and foremost about our priorities for our wedding and was always communicative and patient throughout the planning process. She helped us find and book all of our amazing vendors and showed us multiple options for everything so that we could make decisions with full transparency. She worked hard to communicate our vision to all of the vendors involved and seamlessly coordinated everything on the day of along with her team. We had weekly meetings throughout the planning process which helped us feel comfortable, listened to, and informed. Charlotte took so much stress out of the process because we had complete trust in her, and it paid off in an incredible day!

Experiência fantástica: We had such an AMAZING experience working with Charlotte and her team to plan our destination wedding in Sintra, Portugal. Charlotte went above and beyond to execute our wedding, and guided us through every step in the planning process from venue visits, food tastings, selecting and negotiating prices for our local and international vendors, planning pre-wedding event. We first got in contact with ARW Wedding and Events in February 2022 after looking through online reviews and prior weddings. We had spoken to so many wedding planners across different counties in Europe (our dream was always to have a European destination wedding but weren’t completely sure on the exact country yet). After our initial call with Charlotte, we knew we had found our wedding planner – she was very transparent, professional, attentive, and easy to talk to. She understood our vision right away. Our goal was to have our wedding that same year towards the end of Summer; we were a bit concerned that we may not find the right vendors given the short timeline, but Charlotte reassured us that we didn’t need to worry and worked behind the scenes to secure us the best vendors and deals for our wedding. For example, she soft booked/pre-booked a few vendors for us early in the planning process, so we didn’t lose out on key vendors as we were deciding on which vendors to choose. Charlotte was very patient with us – we wanted to understand every detail that went into the wedding so it would take us time to make decisions that worked within the budget. Charlotte would guide us through our decision making but would also follow up to ensure we were on track. We also loved that she set us up with Aisle Planner — it had every detail we would ever need to track, and she was great about making sure we stayed on track with details and deadlines in the tool! Charlotte took away the stress from the wedding planning process. We had weekly calls, sometimes even a number of calls a week to keep things on track. She was involved in all our vendor calls, even the vendors we selected ourselves and knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we had everything covered. For our international vendors, she found the best deals for flights and hotels, as well as coordinating their arrival. She even offered to follow me to my dress fitting in London and volunteered to transport my dress, which was packaged in a large shipping box, to Lisbon as we’re both going to Spain first for our bach parties prior to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, everything came together beautifully, from the décor to the stationery to our vendors. It all exceeded our expectations. Charlotte even gifted us a saxophonist to play during our cocktail hour (knowing that we wanted to have special entertainment but had exceeded our budget). We cannot thank you enough for all your efforts to make our wedding special! We HIGHLY recommend Charlotte and her team!

Experiência fantástica: On behalf of the United Nations GFCR team, we have nothing but good things to say about Charlotte and Luis, and commend their professional capacity to plan, manage and execute high-level events. For one week in Lisbon they managed a space hosting over 25 events and meetings, supporting all logistics and vendors. Throughout the entire planning and execution process, they were exceptionally professional and detail-oriented. Charlotte does not let high-stress situations affect the quality of her work and is able to deliver quality results efficiently. During the week, they greeted and supported every participant (including Heads of State, three royal family representatives, celebrities, top UN officials, leading experts) with the utmost respect, professionalism and kindness. Experiência fantástica: Charlotte and Luiz helped us organize a week-long series of high-level meetings, plenaries, mixers etc. at the side-lines of the UN Ocean Conference in Lisbon. They supported daily agenda management, venue planning and set-up, facilitating attendance of high-level delegates, etc. They also effectively and efficiently coordinated with all event suppliers (caterer, tech, meeting venue etc.) to ensure that the varying requirements throughout the week were met with precision. They are both incredibly professional to work with and were responsive and immediate in dealing with any issues or challenges that emerged. Their support was vital to the successful and seamless run of show. I definitely recommend companies / organisations to work with them in the planning and coordination of professional conferences and events.

Experiência fantástica: Charlotte and her team are the most professional and effective event planners you will ever see. She managed our entire wedding planning and execution, from finding and negotiating the best prices from great vendors to setup and on the day management and support. It was incredible how she thought of so many important details, that we would never have considered, and at the same time was able to keep a great view of the bigger picture to make sure the entire planning process stayed on track. She was able to take our very vague and unarticulated ideas of what we wanted and translate them into a beautifully designed wedding day. She did everything from from matching the florals and even the cake to the vibe of the church and venue, to making sure the stationary was representative of the overall experience and location. Luis and Victor were amazing - reactive, proactive, and communicative, and just generally great and friendly guys. I could really relax and enjoy the day knowing that these guys were going to make sure everything happened the right way, and on time. Overall, the feedback from my wife was it was more than the best she could have hoped for, from the guests was that it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and from me, the perfect start to a long journey. If you need an event planner, not even just for weddings, Charlotte and her team are as good as they can ever come.

Charlotte was professional, kind and supportive from our first phone call right until the day of my wedding. We were struggling at the very beginning in finding a venue and understanding our budget. Experiência fantástica: There are no words for how amazing ARW Weddings and Events were in the lead up and execution of our wedding weekend in Italy. Both Amanda and Charlotte went above and beyond. From initial meetings landscaping ideas, understanding what was important to us and organising for us to visit the venue and go for tastings etc, contacting suppliers and negotiating prices to ensure we stayed within our budget, to creating personalised signs and bespoke invites and gifting. We would discuss and give them a mixture of random visions/ ideas and through inspirational mood boards and mock up settings, they worked their magic and brought it all to life. Thanks to them our wedding was seamless- it was everything we wished for and so much more. We put our trust into Amanda and Charlotte and they made us feel as though they always had everything under control. They would send regular updates so we never needed to worry and dealt efficiently with last minute changes to guests and hotel bookings. They also reached out and connected with their industry wide contacts to ensure we had the best of everything but within our price range.
