Experiência fantástica: Wedding Planner in Portugal was truly the best wedding planner we could ever ask for. Coming from abroad, we put a ton of trust into our wedding planners, and they exceeded expectations in EVERY way! Our 70 person wedding at Forte de Cruz was unbelievably stunning, from the stunning flower arrangements everywhere to the magical golden-hour cocktails on the parapets. We used every part of the venue, and it made it feel like every phase of our wedding had a new, stunning setting. We wanted a fun, colorful, and dancing-filled wedding, and WPIP took that mission and ran with it! Any request, no matter how crazy, they made it WORK. Hanging wicker lamps, creative suggestions on party favors, even helping the bride with her bustle on the day of the wedding. We had people we didn't even know reach out to our friends/family and say "Wow that looks like truly the most fun/beautiful wedding I have ever seen!" Inês was incredibly accommodating, as well as easy and so much fun to work with! She brought a relaxed yet always well-prepared energy to our regular meetings. All of the other wedding planners that we met with while we shopped around didnt even compare - the kind and fun energy they bring to the table is palpable from the moment you meet them. The companies that they work with (i.e. DJ/MC, venue staff, and photographers) brought the same professional/accomodating, yet vibrant and fun-loving energy to the day of the wedding. (Highly suggest booking their car service as well, both on the day of the wedding and the rest of the trip... the drivers were an ABSOLUTE highlight.) We received so many compliments about how awesome the staff was - which is a very random compliment in the grand scheme of a wedding so you know they meant it! We could not have been more impressed with how well they handled our wedding, and we are eternally grateful to their hard work and energy to make it our best day ever. My wife and I now try to convince people to get married in the same place, just so they can have a fairytale venue, and more importantly, work with such amazing people who will meet their every need for their special day! Procuring the services of Wedding Planner in Portugal, you will experience the following: Their most stellar qualities: 1. An organized approach, especially overseas clients like us, who are currently based in Singapore and Norway. Through organized platforms such as Google Shared Drive and Whatsapp Groups, as well regular connects with Ines, you will have a handle on the details of your special day. 2. Great value. The base price for the packaged wedding is competitively set, with a heartfelt and premium experience for you and your guests. My advice is to be watchful for the additions, as they can add up and not necessarily add to the experience. But after our wedding and all euro's add up, we believe it's fantastic value. 3. Competent and Strong Roster of Suppliers. For us, this is the greatest value-add of Wedding Planner in Portugal in that they connected us to a strong set of photographer, videographer, venue (+caterer for the food & drinks), limousine + limousine driver and musician. As we conducted a 6-hour wedding reception, it could have been amazing, especially given her extensive experience, if Ines gave us more ideas on: a) Program during the lunch. We settled with putting together our own speeches, as well as giving the floor to selected guests. It worked out eventually, but it would have been better if we had more options to select from. b) Maximizing the value of Tagide Restaurant: Ideas to make the event more memorable that are within the scope of Tagide Restaurant (venue + food/drinks) would have been most welcome to come from Ines. For example, the wine fountain on the day itself, or using the bar below at one point in our Programme as the whole restaurant was closed. 2. Responsiveness can be improved. However, we understand Wedding Planner in Portugal manages multiple clients. When it mattered and as the event was approaching, Ines was extremely responsive. Experiência fantástica: When we decided to do a destination wedding in Portugal and bring 100 guests from across the United States to celebrate, we knew we needed a local expert planner. I am an event planner myself, and knew I would be picky. We interviewed several wedding planners, and it was clear from the very start that Ana was the most informed, well-connected, and respected. We felt confident immediately in partnering with her. When we told her we were interested in Casa dos Penedos, she had the Penha Longa team on speed dial ready to get availability and pricing. We requested transportation vendors; and her brother’s shuttle company made for another seamless coordination. When we needed help with a few stationary items for day-of, she had an in-house designer on top of it. Too many examples of this to type here! Ana’s ability to understand and execute on our vision, priorities, and taste made the process so enjoyable. My husband and I are still left speechless, filled to the brim with joy, feeling incredibly blessed to have worked with the angel that is Ana. From our very first call with Ana we knew we were in good hands. Planning a wedding in Portugal from across the ocean in Miami was no easy feat, particularly due to the specificity of experience we wanted to cultivate for our guests, but Ana filled our journey with laughs, incredibly tasteful recommendations and guidance, and a grace that truly makes her a master of her craft. Experiência fantástica: Me and my husband have just had our wedding at Forte da Cruz on the 3rd of October and wow what a wedding, it could not of happened without Ana and her team! From the initial meeting, everything went smoothly and Ana was always available on Whatsapp or a call when you had additional questions which made planning from the UK a breeze. What I loved is that on the actual day you don't need to worry about a thing and you can let Ana and team take care of everything so you can make the most of the day and enjoy yourself! She took care of everything; we had a fantastic English speaking wedding officiant, Marta. Our venue was an incredible restaurant with amazing food and a beautiful view of Lisbon. Anna Nunes photography was excellent. We received our photos in less than a month and very happy with them. Wedding cake was brought in and some gorgeous flower arrangements my wife was very happy with. We had an amazing day, and all we had to do was show up! No stress. Experiência fantástica: My now husband and I wanted to elope in Lisbon (we are from the U.S). I found Ana online after seeing so many amazing reviews. She gave me recommendations based on my wants/needs. Ana also put me in touch with a lawyer since we want to legally get married there. I’m usually a very type A person, I get anxious when things don’t go as planned. But thank god for Ana, she has jumped in to help EVERYTIME there’s an issue. That definitely helped put my mind at ease. I ended up having a small intimate wedding at Restaurante Taigide and I absolutely wouldn’t have it any other way. Ana even followed up after the wedding to make sure we are doing ok and all the legal documents are there

Managing a wedding from a different country is difficult and she handled it with grace and patience. I am a planner and like things organized to perfection, I would have been a bridezilla had I had to plan everything. Giving her the reins and was the best decision I could have made for our wedding. Everything went perfectly and I had zero stress or worries the day of our wedding.

When we started this process together with Ana and Michelle, we couldn’t imagine that planning the wedding from another continent would be such a smooth experience. Planning a destination wedding is expected to be stressful, but with Ana everything was smooth and perfect. At first, we were a little skeptical because we did everything virtual.
