Experiência fantástica: We had the absolute best experience working with Sofia and Nanda over the past year and a bit. Madeira was a destination wedding for us, so we did not know the local suppliers for hair, makeup, music, a suitable celebrant, and flowers & decor. Having help from Sofia and Nanda was simply second to none. They were so responsive to email and text throughout the process and also extremely flexible and accommodating with timing for meeting us. Most importantly, they made sure that we actually got to enjoy our wedding day and were so calm and patient to work with. Everyone of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to, and we can confirm that was our own experience as well. I cannot recommend these girls enough! Thank you both for everything

Experiência fantástica: Choosing a proposal outside of our home country felt stressful, until I found Madeira Dream Wedding! Firstly Madeira within itself is an absolute dream to visit, and finding Nanda and her team was the best decision I could have made! Madeira Dream Wedding went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations that I asked for making such a special moment come true in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The entire process felt very easy and was very attentive from the beginning to the end! Nanda planned both our rehearsal dinner and the wedding, and both of them went smoothly. We were able to enjoy both days and had the time of our lives. Experiência fantástica: Awesome experience working with Nanda. I proposed in September 2023. Nanda did a great job executing the proposal. The original proposal spot was hindered due to weather but Nanda had a great backup location, which was even more beautiful than the original. Nanda is extremely professional and responsive, which made it easy for me since I am based in the US. Highly recommend Nanda and her team!

There were times where I would want to go outside the budget but she was great and keeping my budget in check. Experiência fantástica: Nanda helped us plan our perfect Portuguese/Indian fusion wedding in Madeira! My husband is from Madeira, but we live abroad, and Nanda made it so easy for us to plan our wedding from a distance. She has many local contacts/connections, and will tailor your wedding exactly to your vision. She's super organized, and an excellent communicator (even with a 6 hours time difference!). Nanda even helped my parents plan a pre-wedding event which went smoothly as well. I highly recommend Nanda to help you plan the wedding of your dreams on the beautiful Madeira Island. Experiência fantástica: Nanda and Madeira Dream Wedding was truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. Working with Nanda was like working with a good and very professional friend. She was so lovely to be around, professional but personable and this was so important for me because we spent a long time communicating and she was with us throughout the entire wedding day. Nanda provides a full service from start to finish, not only did she organise our day but she organised a wine tour and a boat trip before the wedding day too, both of which were superb and I would recommend. She showed us venue's gave advice, sorted out paperwork (early to avoid problems) even liaised with the Portuguese embassy here in the UK when they messed up. She was honest, thoughtful and she treats each wedding as if it were her own, so everything was just as important to her as it is the couple getting married. Her communication was thorough, professional and prompt and her English is outstanding. She has excellent working relationships with the venues, photographers, videographers, florists, DJ etc. All of which were superb. She also organised an excellent hairdresser, nail technician and eye lash technician for me, she has it all covered. I cannot thank Nanda enough for being my right hand woman all the way through this whole experience which, as a perfectionist was quite stressful; however, Nanda recognised this, went with it and did everything in her power to help make it as perfect as I was aiming for. Nanda was really helpful and took care of everything for us to make our big day perfect. She listed a lot of location, which all were amazing. Nanda helped us plan our destination wedding in Madeira, planning all the way from Chicago, during the pandemic--and EVERYTHING went better than we could have even hoped for. Nanda not only helped us secure vendors, but every suggestion she made was perfect. From our photographer, to the florist, venue, and beyond, we were more than happy with every recommendation she gave us! Furthermore, she helped us plan multiple events in addition to our wedding--Nanda coordinated a catamaran trip, welcome dinner, tour, Covid testing, and all transportation for us. Not only did she coordinate everything, she attended every single event to make sure things went smoothly. If you can believe it, she did even more for us than that. Nanda helped us organize gift bags for our guests, purchasing items for us that we could not bring from Chicago. She also went out of her way to print cardboard cut outs of our only nephews, who were unable to travel from Australia for the wedding, so they could "join" us for the ceremony :). AND, she coordinated the purchase and delivery and gifts from my sister and cousin, who were unable to attend. Nanda goes above and beyond at every turn. She is a wonderful person and more than incredible at her job. We wanted to have a private wedding in Madeira, only the two of us, at the most easterly point in Madeira for a unique outdoor wedding. Nanda organized our paperwork, planned everything, coordinated our day and the beautiful outdoor ceremony. She worked seamlessly with the registrar, translator, and photographer to make the whole process and the special day stress free and fun. Although, we had to postpone the wedding two times because we were not allowed to fly to Madeira from Germany (COVID), Nanda handled everything perfectly.
